Though I appreciate their service. I have a 2 day shipment that was suppose to land Thursday. The tracker doesn’t give a shipped from location and just states “on the way.” It requires a signature and I have no idea when to be around the house.

"Requires a signature" is a bit loose these days. Throw it on the porch and they take a pic. Or half the time at my house. leave it in the rain outside the garge.

Sign up for a free UPS My Choice account. You should be able to see more info. I can always see where the package originates. You can also subscribe to status alerts via text or email. You will be notified when it is on the truck out for delivery, etc.

Good luck, I ordered a couple weeks ago from a store that sent UPS. They have now sent the product to me 3 times and none of them have made it to me.

Some places will print out a shipping label thats tied into UPS's system when they receive the order.
Chances are your order hasn't been filled yet and thats why it doesn't give the shipped from location. I would start with the place you ordered from before checking with UPS.

If it went thru the main air center in Louisville KY they didn't fly for 2 days I believe due to ice so there's a frick ton of packages that will be late
