Worst take of the day.

Trash mayor + trash DA + Marxist ideologies = innocents suffer.

This is victim shaming, but on another note when I took drivers Ed as a teenager in NOLA, the first thing the instructor told us was to get in and lock your doors.

We should be able to relax in our cars without fear of getting jacked.

If that's not true, then it's the criminals' fault.

I don't have this problem in Williamson County, Texas

Well she wasn’t in Williamson County, Texas, she was in New Orleans, which is city that has an unfortunate amount of crime. All I’m trying to say is that it is important to remain vigilant, and pay attention to your surroundings.

Absolutely agree! Residents of Orleans Parish should not have any expectation of the Right to Quiet Enjoyment and this loss of right extends to those who attend school here but are residents from another state.

Yeah let's blame the victim here... asshat

There's a difference between blaming the victim and saying to pull your head out of your arse. If you choose to live in this city YOU have to be responsible enough to do simple shite like lock your doors when you get in your car. Or maybe don't leave your keys in the ignition when you're alone and get out to get gas.

Yes, criminals shouldn't be criminals but that's the world we live in. You have be on your toes at all times in Choppa City, Ya Herd?

Easily said, even if you live in the trash city. No one ever thinks its going to happen to them. I can understand, after a workout being a bit complacent. Yes, a bit foolish and naïve, but it doesn't subtract the fact this behavior is practically encouraged by the politicians running things in that location.

Thankfully, she didn't get more seriously injured.

It’s ok - she’s recovering from the incident with her family in Baton Rouge.

He was late for his law class at Tulane. Just consider it an unplanned donation and part of our reparations

Wrong. I shouldn't have to worry about taking a couple of minutes to answer texts and emails while sitting in my parked car.

When you live in a 3rd world shithole like New Orleans, though, I guess keeping your head on a swivel at all times is almost mandatory now.

His Charger broke down and he couldn't afford a rental car so he just figured he'd borrow a fellow student's!
