This is really interesting considering the fact that the State of Alabama requires a 3rd DUI before they will even let you apply for your learner's permit....

It's bama. Nothing to see here.

This will be handled "Internally" like any other time those inbreds do something wrong

I feel like no one connected to Bama football gets actually arrested and reported unless Saban allows it to happen.

Was simply celebrating NSD......
Ole Petey atleast got his money worth

Golding remained in the Tuscaloosa County Jail at 9:30 Thursday morning, where his bond is set at $500.

Inmates in the county jail must register a blood alcohol level lower than .03 before they are allowed to be released on bond following an alcohol related arrest.

Just curious but how does the media find out about this? Does a deputy leak it to them? Is someone at the local news constantly searching new inmate logs for notable figures? I'm curious about the logistics of this.

Everybody makes mistakes, and I don't want to pile on, but he must have been blasted. A man with his money can definitely afford an Uber.

Fortunately for him, it won't affect his 22 recruiting.

Man he’s innocent. Sober drivers cause more accidents than impaired drivers.

I hate Bama but the fact that this is news is pathetic. This could happen to any of us. Nothing is private anymore.

Those cops must be LSU fans.

Since when is getting arrested ever private?
And no, drinking and driving could not happen to any one of us. It's a deliberate, stupid choice.
