Reality of LSU Basketball

The reality of our current situation is that we are playing 1 senior in Darius Days who is probably not 100% and trying to work back in a second senior in Pinson. Aside from that, we are playing 6 Freshmen and Sophomores. One of those is Justice Williams who should still be in High School. This team is incredibly inexperienced and very banged up.
That being said if you want to shite on Wade go right ahead. Make yourself look like a dumbass. Sure its frustrating watching the defense switch 100% of the time. Seeing goofy Efton Reid end up stuck on the perimeter. Sure there are some things I’d like Wade to change. But I’m not sitting here asking for the man that turned this program around to be canned
Here are the facts:
This basketball team is was projected to finish 7th in the SEC. We were projected on the 8/9 line by Lunardi in his preseason bracketology.
We will still 100% make the tournament. I’d bet my house on it. All you need to do is get in to have a chance.
We have 2 five stars coming in, along with a 4 star. We will likely add 1-2 guys from the portal. We are getting the majority of this team back. So we will have some experience and chemistry going into next season.
This program is set to be an NCAA tournament team for the forseeable future.
Based on what we have all witnessed from 2000-2015 we are in impeccable shape

Tonight was frustrating. This stretch has been frustrating. It’s ok to question Wade.

Look, yes the team is banged up, but Wade was bad tonight with his substitutions. He left Pinson in way too long and the lead got really big before taking him out (when everyone could clearly see that he shouldn't have been playing). And then he put him back in at some point and it was bad again.
Also, he seemed content letting the team play way off of Ole Miss defensively until it was a 20+ point lead.
The program is very good shape, but the team needs big-time offensive improvements and his gameday coaching needs substantial improvements.

You don’t win in college basketball with seniors anymore. The problem is there is a glaring lack of NBA level offensive talent.

The big picture: Wade has us as a consistent Big Dance team. That was the realistic hope when he was hired.
That is bigger than this one game.

The Tigers Basketball team just isn't as good as people thought, a bit of fools gold here at the start. They have talent on the roster, just need time to harness it to full potential.

The reality of LSU basketball is serious holes in coaching. Team was exposed at Auburn and coaching has failed to adjust

I don't believe that part was on Wade. I just think the team was sleep walking the first 14 minutes. They were lazy and unfocused. I happens in sports. Good players never let it happen or snap out of it as soon as it does.

It was partly on Wade because he had Pinson playing for a long stretch to begin the game (who announcers kept noticing could not keep up). I did think they were sleepwalking too, but Wade waited a really long time to call a timeout and try to change something.

Wade's lineup was absolutely baffling at times last night.Pinson clearly not ready to go. Reid just fricking lost in space. O'Neal in for a minute or two.Fudge and Murray clueless. Embarrassing performance, coach and players.

I’m a huge bball fan. But I’m tired of the excuse about this team being young and inexperienced. Are we any more inexperienced than the other teams in our league. We are a bad offensive team. It’s hard to watch at times.
