Hard to prove racism just because the NYG decided they had their man prior to interviewing Flores, which is all the texts from BB really elude to.

Unfortunately, the people that aren't smart enough to see the truth...usually don't take it very well at all.

It basically implied that he was a token interview. Him not getting the job isn’t racist, but the fact that they still went through w the interview to placate the Rooney Rule implies they may not have been serious about considering Flores (who happens to be a minority)
