Power. PERIOD.
The traditional media centers do not like that he is operating outside of their control. They do like that he has three hour conversations.
They want 20 second sound bites that are then discussed by headless chickens in tight 5 minute segments. That’s how they control the topics of the day.

It’s about money.
Still plenty of shots to go around, right kids? Can’t be having Rogan undermining people’s fear of Covid or the efficacy of the shot. Nine new billionaires created during the pandemic all directly related to the vaccine industry.
Greedy gonna greed.

Wasn't Rogan the color guy on UFC for years? Or am I thinking of wrong dude?

Not at all. I've listened to Rogan enough to know he's a lefty on most of his viewpoints UP UNTIL COVID AND SIGNING HIS SPOTIFY DEAL both of which occurred in Spring of 2020.
After that point he is a grifter who takes no stance on anything, just agrees with everyone to not piss off anyone and make more cash.
Not saying that's bad necessarily, just means he's all about making money and not really taking a stand.
His apology this morning and sad comments strengthen my belief he's a grifter.

No. Spotify also carries the Darhorse Podcast (which I highly recommend). It is run by two scientists and they routinely blast the COVID narrative. Way more unmercifully than Joe Rogan or any of his guests every has.

Joe Rogan has WAY more listeners than the Darkhorse podcast.

It’s clear that you don’t know the meaning of the word “grifter“

He can't be bought or controlled so he must be silenced. this is no different than trump and Twitter.
People still refuse to pay attention.

It's about Covid misinformation. Joe Rogan isn't the one spreading it though. That's why he must be deplatformed.

You have no idea what misinformation is

This obsession with Rogan is insane at this point. Everyone wants to put him in a political camp and the show is by in large not a political show. All Joe does is long form interviews with his comedy friends, mma friends and people he finds interesting.
Bingo. I don't know how people miss this. He's just a comedian who started a podcast for fun, long before any Spotify deal.
Why does he need to take a hard stance on everything? He has always maintained that he's not there to get into arguments with guests; he wants to keep conversations going. That's how he's able to have such a variety of people on, and how he's gained so many listeners.
He doesn't fit nicely into the "lefty grifter" or "right-wing conspiracy theorist" boxes, so that's how you know this is all about power. His platform allows all sorts of opinions and ideas to breathe, and that scares the elites who control the narratives.
