How long until Atomic Burger on Burbank Dr goes out of business?

You have Chick-fil-A to the left and a new Whataburger to the right. Both of them have long lines everytime I pass down Burbank while Atomic Burger is always empty.

Ive been asking myself the same question about the one in Metairie. They must be locked in leases.

I was thinking how long till that new McDonald’s that they are moving from across the street is out of business first

What’s crazy is the McDonald’s is moving right next to them too. Going to be McDonald’s, Wattaburger and Atomic burger all next to each other. Fallowed by the holy grail of course.

I do not understand the McDonald's move at all. It does just fine where it is.
I understand Canes moving since that parking lot does not work for their lines at all (although that might improve once WD closes), but McDonald's has its own little corner.
One small concern I have is that the Exxon by Walmart on Highland/Lee shut down soon after being renovated and now is a complete eyesore.. Winn Dixie will be closing and Canes moving, along with McDonalds. The houses next door to Walgreens are horrible..
I hope that little stretch doesn't become really shitty. They already opened a smoke shop/ATM/liquor thing in the old Tiger Tailoring.

Similar fast food restaurants perform better when they’re group together instead of spread out. You don’t want to be by yourself away from the group or you will miss out on most of the traffic.
This is bus dev 101. It’s the same reason Pharmacies open up across the street from each other. It’s the same reason food trucks congregate.

I stopped at the Metairie AB for dinner this eve three hours ago and regretted the decision.
