This humors me, because literally every poster on this board who is an attorney, whether they did PI or not, told y'all over and over again that this flavor of "tort reform" wasn't going to do a god damned thing. But damn, did people eat that shite up

Yep. The governor's veto threat caused it to be watered down to nearly useless.

The reforms are still good but it’s like bailing out the titanic with a bucket.

As long as you can get 3500 a month treating at a chiro with no objective findings for almost indefinite periods of time our insurance rates will never go down.
