Doesn't matter at all if time travel can be done today.
The question is whether it can be done at any point in the future and if so, what are the chances time travelers are here now?

Anyone that says there is a 0% chance time travelers are real is saying time travel will never be invented at any point in the future of man.

Time is relative. Time travel is possible in that sense.
If you can physically bring your body to somewhere time flows differently than earth, and then come back to earth, you would have time traveled.

IMO time travel is real, but not in a physical sense, our consciousness.
