Bro. I’m addicted to them, get the value pack at Costco. I also discovered Gold Peak
zero sugar sweet tea (0 cals). It’s about $3 at rouses and awesome as well

Pro tip: Monster has a zero orange flavor now (comes in 12 packs) that tastes a lot like orange juice. I’ve been pounding that with my egg whites and a dab of peanut butter to kill my appetite since can’t have oatmeal just yet.

i love them. not addicted as i have only had 1 in past 10 days but nothing for me to drink 5 a day.

but i have switched to caffeine pills instead drinking water.

now i do love some gold peak zero also. that is good. also like the citrus zero green tea, not sure who makes it but i get it at sams sometimes

right now my diet is

7am - fat loss stack then eat greek yogurt. eitehr 1 ratio or 2 of the oikos zero.

9:30- another round of fatloss stack plus a fairlife core power 42g drink

12- 1/2 fat loss stack plus 1 isopure drink

3- 1 iso pure drink

6-7- 1lbs of some kind of meat, usually chicken breast and some veggies

post workout- isopure drink

essentially a protein sparing modified fast to some extent. doing well with it. im trying to stick to it until new years, will post update then.

Once I hit 230 about 3 weeks ago, I switched to:

2 eggs, 10 oz egg whites, pack of oatmeal
200g chicken, 2 rice cakes x2
PreWO: 2 scoops whey + pack of oatmeal
PostWO: 2 scoops whey + pack of oatmeal or 100g rice
Last meal: 200g 93/7 turkey and veg

This last week I went 0 carb and slightly lowered the protein and added a little fats like almonds. Sitting at 218 this morning and definitely seeing tons of lines now.

To be shredded, I probably need to hit 200 lbs, but I'm drained and want to focus on offseason so I'll be going high carb and protein next week. My joints are killing me and energy is absolute dogshit, although I am adjusting slightly to the no carbs. I don't know how people live like this

Going low carb has the exact opposite affect on me. My energy skyrockets to where Im almost manic and my joints feel like Im 12 years old again. When I add in carbs, I feel 40 really quick

You and 777 are crushing it diet wise.

I"m going to start back in the weight room (under certain restrictions) after the Thanksgiving break. Ill be working out with the football team after school should be interesting.

dude i love some sushi and carbs in general but to be fair why i go lower carb is

1) i love steak more than anything else
2) i have a very sensitive stomach. if i eat processed carbs too many days in a row...not only get gas but dude...i get gas pains that will have me laying on the floor wishing i was dead. So to keep from hurting i have to keep almost all of my carbs to white rice or potatoes anyways.

so pretty easy for me to cut them out personally.

I hear ya on the processed stuff. For me it needs to be clean jasmine rice or potatoes and I can eat lots of that. Junk will make me feel bad pretty quickly though.

I hit 214.2 Saturday so that’ll be the end of my cut for now. Hit the Cheesecake Factory Saturday night and going to indulge with some fam this week.

Jumping right back in the gym this week to slowly work back up to get my strength back. Strength on pushing exercises got to probably a third less than normal at the lowest this week during the cut

man, i got off diet last night, ate habichi....up 5 lbs of water weight this morning

overall pretty good week. trying to get 3 perfect days in before T-day, then back at it f-sunday then perfect week next week during the week.

if i can do that, i prolly get below 191. goal is still below new years, 185 by end of feb.

nice and slow.

my strength has still been going up big time. i restarted GSLP mainly focusing on the following and variants

sumo
front squat
incline bench/db incline
weighted dips
weighted chins
DB row
press/db press
close grip/reverse bench

thing is, sumo and front squat going up fine, same with all the pressing movements

rows have been fine, did the 125's really strict last night for 10 and can do the 70s easy on chest supported rows

chins were going up really really well then...

i kind of strained by bicep about 2-3 weeks ago. nothing bad and didnt even know i did it, but been weak, especially overhead pulls for a while. it was on a weighted chin with 55 lbs. but my forearm and very bottom of my bicep tie in is weak. so been cutting out vertical pull and cutting volume some on rows.

trying to hit the marc pro on it to make sure it heals too.

overall lifting has been going great. been averaging between 2-3 sessions per week and really packing on the weight on the bar for sure.

still hoping by end of january can hit 110's on db incline for 5_, sumo is back up above 400, db pressing the 80s for 5+.

with the bicep and maxing my DBs, dunno where i wanna go with rows. Would like to get the 125's for 20 strict but we shall see.

Went out of town for the weekend and stayed with the in-laws up at the lake. First real test of my eating outside of home in some time and I came home weighing in at the same or a little under compared to the few days before. I also came home and had about 5 shots of whiskey (via mixed drinks) throughout the afternoon yesterday, which was the first time I've drank anything in nearly 3 weeks. All in all, I'm happy with the results- especially given the pies and smores and things like that which were extremely plentiful over the weekend.

I'm starting week 13 of Greyskull this week, my squats are hitting a wall, but each time I've failed a squat session I've done the workout fasted which has just killed me. Friday's workout was pure shite. I'm trying my best to increase my protein intake to see how much that will help with this wall I'm seemingly hitting at the moment since I don't think the weight I'm using is enough that I shouldn't be blasting past it even eating in a deficit at my size.

Either way the beauty of Greyskull is even with a reset I still work my arse off going to failure so I don't sweat the failures too much and I feel like the deloads give me an opportunity to work on my technique some and build back up with the little tweaks I make.

This happened to me back in 2016. On back days, I was just doing non-weighted pull-ups 3-4 sets of 10 as a warm-up before going into heavy deadlifts on back days. After about 6-8 weeks, I started having that aching pain in the same spot you’re having issues with and it took a few months to go away completely.

I’ve just stuck to cable Lat pull downs now and haven’t had any issues

Needing somewhere to post for some accountability. Have been binging absolute shite food for about a month now and feel the worst I’ve felt in a long time. Not even good food either. Just a ton of crap like tortillas, chips, candy, etc. I’ve watched this thread before so 218/218/185

Working out has been getting better but the binging started once I started thinking about cracking down on my diet. Kept turning into an addict saying stuff like this is the last time I’m stuffing my face before really starting tomorrow. Been doing that for a month now. Going to do a quick 24 hour fast (starting now) before going to counting calories.

You need to admit to being a nasty beta male weakling first. Once you admit you are gay beta male you can start to becoming better. Stop be pipsqueek and lift weight and stop being lardass cuck. Tou should be ashamed.

Made it through Thanksgiving- never over ate, got to enjoy some pecan pie and ice cream, some fudge from the candy shop and probably a little too much whisky to drown my emotions after the Auburn game Either way, I was out of town again for 4 days and still weighed in the same as I did before I left.

I did miss my Friday workout, but I was staying at my mom's and didn't have a way to get it in, but I guess that happens occasionally. Either way- for the first time in a very long time I feel like I've had a successful Halloween + Thanksgiving (Halloween and candy used to be the start of the death spiral of eating during these last 3 months). After today's weigh in I'm feeling really good.

Weight has been fairly stagnant the last couple weeks. I've been bouncing between a low of 220.2 and a high of 222.9. While the weight hasn't been falling off as much as I'd like, I've been getting more complements and dropped another pant size which is a huge plus.

I've been lifting 6-7 days a week and averaging 14.5k steps a day (10k before noon). I'm also using 16/8 fasting to help prevent overeating as well. I plan on just keeping my current routine (as much as possible) thru the end of the year and see where it takes me.
