I went there the other day and they didn't give me any meat on my muffaletta.
P'od me. The place was packed though.

Ask for Bert, he's the manager, he and Rocco wouldn't want you to be unsatisfied. He'd get it fixed for you. Try the Seafood Muff next time!

I've had a shrimp poboy there once and was extremely disappointed...then again, I am from New Orleans...

I have always had pretty good luck there, although do not get the roast beef, they have succumbed to the Manda crappy pre-cooked roast beef syndrome. They also do not have real po-boy bread, but I like Rocco and his people.

Has good onion rings and a good hot sausage patty poboy.

I've only had an oyster poboy there. Meh.
I will go back and get something different.

Great place nice people. Roast beef is great as well as the grilled chicken. I've had their muffalates before and they are pretty good.

Try the veal cutlet poboy with mozz cheese anf red sauce. You won't be disappointed.

Rocco's was the bomb when it first opened. They've been mailing it in the last few years now. Very average.

They use Leidenheimer bread which is what about 95% of all New Orleans shops use.

hmmmmm....why did I get BR bread last time or two? Anyway I like the place. My only disappointment was the Manda's RB, I asked, they said it was just a lot cheaper & easier. Maybe they'll go back.

They have a cheese poboy that I used to get during lent when they were over by LSU. Pretty awesome!

I like the place, solid po boys, Loud atmosphere, and I always see someone that I know in there.

They do a pretty good french fry po boy which I will say is a great New Orleans gift. Parkway does a great one.

Pretty sure they are one of the only places in BR I know of that use this. Of course the last time I went they didnt use it. Not sure if they just ran out or they stopped all together. very average place though.

I know Pocorello's also uses Leidenheimer's, he'll let you buy a loaf to take home sometimes. Not sure if any grocery stores carry it.
