Join an actual gym, not a workout gimmick center.

Based on your post history, I'd throw Curves in that mix.

No, if you’re going to go that route either do BJJ or something that actually works or join an actual gym

Im not sure Curves is in BR.

BJJ is more grappling, you do learn more im sure. but krav maga teaches you to dismarm people efficenelty. i want to be more like a black op agent. defend, hurt them enough to get out of there. BJJ is more time consumimg

there’s no way you’re not a BJJ guy who’s trolling. No one is this stupid, and if you are, just go to Krav and get shot playing fake black ops secret agent with their mcdojo shite

Not trolling, krav maga looks more useful in street situations.

Based on what? Guys like Tim Kennedy and Jocko Willink must be big Krav Maga guys if it’s so effective IRL, right?

Again, Krav is fake mcdojo bullshite and you seem oddly opposed to doing Jiu Jitsu for whatever reason so how about you not waste your time on martial arts and just join a regular gym. Idgaf if you do BJJ, but Krav isn’t it and the guys who do it can’t fight

wasnt Krava invented by Mossad?
BJJ looks intense and is a great martial art. But i also understand if someone wants to lose weight, the Krava /ufc gyms are good for cardio.

I want to do BJJ in the future, you probably actually learn more here and can actually get some good fighting insights

OysterPoboy, throwing a football is not just lifting dumbells. it s a total body thing. core, legs, hips

considering red stick cf and the whole brute strength crew has some of the best coaches in the US.....yea i would say they are prolly the best.

normally i would ask if its a field athlete or what but its a boo krewe thread so his form of sports is ballet and not yet sure who the best is for that yet.

Well, NFL players and soccer players do ballet.

Also crossfit looks painful and injury inducing. I am just starting to deadlift and squat with barbells and dumbbells.

Don't look at someone that's been doing it for 5+ years and incredible shape and think that's where you gotta be to go.

You'd be scaling way down to accommodate your own fitness level. Most people scale for life.
