Lmfao I shouldn’t be surprised that this board is even pretending it’s okay with losing Corey Raymond.

There is no limit to the homeristic delusion.

How has LSU looked against big plays the last two seasons?

Corey Raymond is an excellent coach and recruiter. Nobody wants him to leave.

He’s also not irreplaceable. If he were, he’d have been a DC half a decade ago.

a frick that man. I am more than okay with it. First lesson in life, in business, everyone is replaceable.

it's NOT unusual for an employee, in this case an alumni feels a little entitled, untouchable...we're paying him nearly 600k to coach DB's...

600k at a publicly funded university. freaking DB's...

Raymond has been here for 10 seasons...

it's time for change

players make plays...

"Homeristic delusion" is what being a real fan is all about.

. So you’d rather us all run around wringing our hands screaming the sky is falling? I can assure you it most certainly is not. It’s better to look at the bright side of things especially there is no fricking thing you or I or anyone on this board can do about it. He chose to leave we move on.

Pretending we wont be able to survive without him is absolute retardation. Aka- its OK.

No one said its good, but acting like its the end of the world is pathetic.

Of all places, he chose to go to Florida. He can go frick himself. It's wild that you would rather everyone melt and be a bitch like you, when most of us aren't losing sleep over Corey Raymond. Life goes on.

I hate we are losing him but I also understand that we are going to have some uncomfortable moments in this reboot of the LSU football culture

Thank you coach and good luck

I’m giving Kelly every chance to succeed, but letting Raymond go can’t be spun as a positive at all. How many DB’s say all the time they’re coming here to be coached by Corey? If the replacement isn’t a homerun, letting him walk over a few hundred thousand is a gross miscalculation. The DBU moniker alone has brought an insane amount of free advertising.

Nobody wanted him gone, man. But maybe this culture we have of a coach being bigger than the program is why players think they’re bigger than the program. Mf’ers literally were on an undefeated NC team and started opting out or transferring well before O being canned was a thought. And frankly it’s been since Miles.

I don’t like losing Raymond but being shook down every year gets old. You’re not really for the program if you have that mentality. We need a culture change.

Can some of ya'll just cool the frick out and let the man do his job for . . . I don't know . . . 30 days, before you start melting? Raymond is a good coach and recruiter, but let's see who BDK brings in.

There are going to be coaching changes. There are going to be recruits who de-commit. Grab some sack and let it play out.

Because it’s literally ok. LSU was putting out elite DB talent for years before Raymond ever cashed an LSU check. It’s just the idea of change people freak out over.
