You are assuming guilty to be proven innocent. You know nothing besides the fact that she had $106K on her. You are a fricking fascist and get the frick out of my country.

Do a bit of research and you will find that this is RARELY the case...the majority of civil asset forfeitures are ever returned, regardless of *proof*

Maybe she was traveling to a government auction where they require you pay the day of in cash? Those happen frequently in my area. Only rich folks can go and buy assets for pennies on the dollar because most folks would still have to finance the purchase.
