Make half-times enjoyable again and worth staying in your seat for!
Move the entire GBFTL organization out of the Music School and into the Athletic Department.
Hire a "Marching Band Nick Saban" (With a great Staff) and let them oversee the entire operation.
Everybody goes on full athletic scholarship.
Increase to 400 members, with a great increase in Brass percentage.
Increase practices to M-F for 3 hours a day.
Eliminate Saturday afternoon practice completely. No need to bust your arse and get wiped out before the game on Saturday. Practice and prepare well during the week and the Saturday practice is not needed.
Increase credit hours from 1 to 3.
Have Tiger Band as a year round class; adding the Spring and Summer semesters to keep the blowing and chops in shape.
