Senate Democrats to House: STFU

Senate Democrats want the House to cool it on impeachment.
They see an impeachment drive as hurting more than helping their efforts to win back the Senate majority and generally back Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) efforts to keep a lid on the issue.
Even Senate Democrats running for president who back impeachment aren’t pressing Senate Democratic Leader Charles Schumer (N.Y.) to take a more aggressive approach to the issue.
“I don’t think we should go there now,” said Sen. Dianne Feinstein (Calif.), the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee. “I was here for the Clinton impeachment, and after it was over I wished it never had happened. I think we ought to be very, very cautious with that kind of thing."
“There’s no appetite whatsoever,” Manchin said of impeachment.
He also said it would divide the country unnecessarily. LINK

Some of them are. It's enough to make news and give red meat to Trump supporters and blue soy milk to the Trump haters but there's not enough support in the House for it to actually happen.
An Impeachment attempt is yuuuuge and Nancy is aware enough to know you don't squander that sort of political capital without a high chance of success.

There is a group of about 30 of 230 or so that wantnimpeqchment on the Dem House. Vast majority does not favor it and are begging Nancy.

They don’t want to impeach, but they have to keep talk of impeachment going in order to justify digging up any dirt they can find on Trump.

The Republicans need to encourage Tlaib, Omar, Al Green, SJL, Auntee Maxine, and Hank Johnson to say racist white people are protecting their own by not calling for impeachment

Of course not - they just want to fantasize about it - and keep up the drumbeat for it - and feeding the media with snippets of 'this could be an impeachable' bit of news - and seeking 'evidence' that they could only legally obtain in an ACTUAL impeachment action but don't REALLY want the 'evidence' because they know there is NOTHING there
Nope - they don't really want an impeachment - they just go to bed every night hoping for another massive wet dream thinking about impeachment.
DEMOCRATs are not only mentally deficient - they are actually evil minded with whatever intellectual prowess they retain.
