and into self-watering gardens/residences?

Appearing in University Club area not to play golf but to tear up gardens.

Yes. I had one tearing up all my flower beds for a bit. One animal wrecking crew.

Took care of it though.

We hadn't seen any before in our yard, but in the last two months have helped 5 into their next lifetime.

Assuming they were having to look for juicy new earth to plow.

Yep. I live near some woods, but have never seen Armadillos in my yard. About a month ago, they discovered my nice, watered lawn. Now it looks like it's been shelled by mini-bombs. Those little bastards can do some damage, quickly.

I've been dealing with the varmints for weeks now.
Cayenne pepper from Sams Club works but eventually needs to be reapplied.

I helped two of them go to hell. My 22 bolt action sits beside the back door waiting for me.

Half our neighborhood is up in arms about an armadillo invasion. Wrecking flower beds and yards. They have killed three so far, I think.

Same. It's like the Fourth of July some nights. Dillo bodies the next morning.

Just saw one as roadkill on my way to work this morning. Probably see it once or twice a month, but I'm seeing one almost every week.

Probably better than the coyotes in Metairie and Nola.
