Don't think it makes much of a difference, but Cook's value won't really increase much. If CMC gets hurt, you can get more for Mitchell later on.
If you're set on keeping one of these two on your roster and don't have to worry about playing them, keep Mitchell because his ceiling would be higher if the guy in front of him gets hurt.

I wasn’t high on Dalvin this year bc their early season schedule is tough to run on. I figured when the schedule lightens up, Breece will be getting normal touches.
But then again, Mitchell not seeing the field. I’d trade for Mitchell if I had CMC but make sure it goes through before tonight. The only reason to have Mitchell is to handcuff CMC. And every game is a risk.

I’m a McCaffrey owner and dropped Njigba for Mitchell right before kickoff. Only leaves me with Hollywood Brown as my only bench WR but with the way RBs have been going down, I’m loading up. Probably going to try to trade a RB for WR at some point since so many owners are scrambling.

You need to package Mitchell with another player at a position the other owner is strong at like WR to upgrade your roster. As a hypothetical, let's say he has Tee Higgins and you have Garrett Wilson. Offer Wilson and Mitchell for Higgins.
