Not a best villain category, just a character that you couldn't wait to die b/c he deserved it.

In all of fiction, I hate Milady De Winter the most. Good fricking God, I have never experienced such a visceral, tangible hatred for a person that does not actually exist. Every time I read something she was involved in, I nearly threw my library copy of the Three Musketeers across the room.
I also very much hate Cersei Lanister, but as portrayed in the books more so than in the show. Also Joffrey.
Also, Maestro Delphine from Last Exile.
I wouldn't piss on her if she were on fire.
