Why would they? Only people who believe that are Trump voters. If they’re going to rip on him it’ll be for his age or his speech problems or something on those lines. Hell even in the past they didn’t shite on presidents that much other than Bill and Hillary. Bush was only in one episode about 9/11 and Obama was a jewel thief. Although Douche and a Turd could definitely be seen as shitting on Bush and Kerry
Difference is with Trump and Bill they’re basically in real life South Park characters so it’s probably easier to and more fun to take shots at them.

Why does it have to be butters? Why can't it be Kenny or let Randy Marsh have a repressed flashback as a side effect after tegrity farms created their own covid vaccine...etc.

Personally, I wouldn't want to see such a serious issue trivialized but biden has a long-standing history of bizarre and weird behavior around children.
