Certain scenes just seem to connect deeply with you. For me the first that comes to mind is the scene by the river in tombstone.
Why you doin' this, Doc?
Doc Holliday: Because Wyatt Earp is my friend.
Turkey Creek Jack Johnson: Friend? Hell, I got lots of friends.
Doc Holliday: ...I don't.

The Pursuit of Happiness - When Will Smith is holding his son in the bathroom trying to keep the door shut while people outside are banging on it. That scene just pulls at my heart like no other.

When Viggo's character is dying/dies at the end of "The Road."
When Tom Hanks' character died at the end of "Road to Perdition."
Similar themes, not being around to look after your kids. Both actors played on the emotions in that moment very well.

Every time. I think it's the self-awareness that gets me
Order 66 scene. May be because of the music or because I've loved it since I was a kid but it still gets me

shite. One more. No gif because I can't find it.
The Road: When Viggo holds the gun to his son's head, because killing him would be better than what would happen if they were found. fricking brutal!

Also, the end of Seabiscuit when Seabiscuit is falling back in last place...and the other jockey, George, falls back intentionally to check on Seabiscuit and lets the horses look at each other before telling Red to "have a nice ride"
Just a good friendship scene.
