13 Year Old Tries to Car Jack A Trooper

Find the "parent" and arrest them. Child endangerment!
This is insane.
Thank goodness the officer missed. Could you imagine if a white cop shot a 13 year old black boy? Never mind if the kid was trying to carjack the cop. Facts don't matter to the BLM movement.

If the trooper would have killed the little thug, blacks everywhere ould have said the kid was asking for help when trying to open the door of the police cruiser. Because they know that shite.
