nose ring

Dear OT Lounge
We hired a new receptionist the other day. attractive enough Latina, seems to take a message or transfer a call without problem. only one thing. she has a nose ring. not the little stud you see on the side of the nose, more like a ring that goes thru both nostrils in the middle. like a bull might have.
i can't help but stare at it. i guess it is better than me staring at her tits (i do that too), but christ, how does one pick ones nose with that thing in there? i find it distracting and i don't like our clients first impression of my office to be nose ring girl greeting them. plus do you think that might mean she is kinky? like what kind of kink? the mind wanders.....
What do i do?

i wouldnt say that. i have authority to say "hire a receptionist." i have veto power. the issue is we needed a receptionist and my office manager just went and hired one without input. i mean. it is a receptionist job.
