What are the chances that one car that was targeted crashes through a fence into another vehicle that was targeted. Seems like someone is shooting from a fixed position.

Upper lower Michigan is a paradise. Compared to NOLA. Scenic views white bitch trees, fantastic foliage, zero crime, lakes and state parks everywhere.

Hate to ruin your comment, and not saying they aren't just trying to make this seem "gang related" so it'll go away, but...
Yeah, gangs use ride share. It's a way to assist in a crime by using a vehicle you have zero connection too. Also helps with leading any potential investigation on a wild goose chase.
