Man, I don't think I will ever go up such a road in those conditions, but it makes me want to get a Subaru for our next car so much. What a champ the Outback is.

My wife (no pics and not a lesbian) has an Outback and I’m taking it over from her when she gets something new. I like it way more than I thought I would when she started looking at them.

Does it come with a pair of worn out Birkenstocks or do you have to get those on your own?

It's interesting to me that so many consumer vehicles are equipped with legit technology/features (i.e. 4-wheel drive, towing power, extreme speed, etc) that 99% of owners will never use.

Had a few Subies when I lived up north. They are not what you would expect from a reliability standpoint. Had way too many high dollar repairs for what was just basic use. I enjoyed them, but they are not nearly up to par with Honda and Toyota when it comes to build quality.
The new EA series of engines may not have this problem, but the EJ engines had routine headgasket problems and issues with bearings failing. There are several models with oiling and oil starvation issues. If you're looking at the higher performance stuff, ringland failures are common as well. Any issues like that are an engine out job in a Subie. Ringland and bearing failure will require a new engine block.
Also, their tech packages are usually well behind the bigger manufacturers. I personally don't care much about that, but smaller lower-res screens and buggier interfaces can pretty much be expected.

Does Mike Leach have a younger brother?

Me (def a lesbian) loves my Outback on gravel roads.

Ditto for the pro-dope and anti-breeder bumper stickers.
It does come with a Biden/Harris sticker pre-applied, however.

I have a 2018 STI. Fun car, but the steering rack had to be replaced a year ago. Luckily they did it under warranty. I don’t drive it very hard at all either. They supposedly discontinued the STI so hopefully I’ll get a decent trade when the time comes. Concerns about reliability are definitely warranted.

I had an '18 STi it had a bearing failure at 32k miles. Had a new block put in under warranty, then at 36k miles had ringland failure. I unloaded it after the third engine was put in.
Odd to say with all the issues, but I loved that car.

Why should the lesbians and their dogs get all the good cars?

Subarus are great vehicles and far far better in rain, ice and snow than a 4x4 f250 bawmobile

Do lesbians go out in extreme snow?

I'm not a lesbian but I'd love to get one. They are great cars.

However on this road test an f250 with proper tires would've destroyed that road compared to the Subie.
Eta....that road was child's play.

I had a 2011 Outback.
The CVT went out at 112K miles and Subaru wouldn’t cover it.
Bill was going to be $6.5K, and the car was only worth about $8K. So I ate it and git a truck.
Subaru makes an absolutely shitty CVT.
If you’re ever going to get one, get the turbo boxer engine and make sure there’s plenty of warranty left.
