File a claim the fastest using our online and USAA Mobile App options. You should always notify USAA if your home is damaged. Once you file your claim, you should hear from an adjuster within 48 business hours or less.

Since when? Wrote mine earlier this year no problem and we had a large hurricane claim at a previous FL house. I haven't heard anything about them pulling out of FL.

Last time we moved, USAA told me they would write in certain areas if you had USAA homeowners and moved but would not write policies if you didn't have it on your previous house.
