They went toe to toe with one of the consistently worst teams in the FBS over the last 4 years.

They are lucky that USF shite the bed and turned it over on their potential game-tying drive at the end

I just keep waiting for them to snap out of their funk and get back to being Bama but it never happens.

Friend,

I’m not going to take your thread seriously if you don’t take your formatting seriously.

They have literal 5 stars at every position

And they still need more talent

Their 5 star safety got fricking trucked yesterday

They'll probably right the ship somewhat by season's end and go 9-3 or so. But the trend is not in their favor. Saban is tired and out of sorts. He can't or won't adapt to the new landscape and his coaching hires have been lackluster lately. If he's there next year I'll be surprised. If he's there in two years I'll be stunned.

Bryce Young and Jahmyr Gibbs saved that offense last year with all the shite talent surrounding them

If it weren’t for getting Jameson Williams, this would be 3 straight years with totally unimpressive pass catchers. John Metchie was fine I guess, but a huge drop off from 2018-2020

That is the worst performance from a Saban coached team since losing to ULM in year 1, and Bama wasn’t anywhere near as talented back then.

The days of top class development at bama are behind them, and bama knows it

for as much shite Bill O'Brien caught from Bama fans, I really don't think his replacement has been any better so far.

Worse actually.

To me what so glaring yesterday is Bama is finally suffering from the high amount of staff turnover they have had over the last 10 years.

Lots of penalties, poor tackling, and QBs woefully underprepared for competition. Not to mention, Milroe getting zero snaps when the other two guys couldn’t do anything productive.

At first I assumed Saban would right the ship quickly, but now I’m leaning towards a 9-3, 8-4 kind of season. It’ll be a remarkable coaching job if he can compete for the West.

That’s a downright offensive mistake.

I feel like that was an FU to the fans that acted like they knew the team better than Saban all week. Milroe is clearly their best option even if he’s a huge drop off from what they have had.
