Who is your favorite baseball player that’s ever lived? Why are they your favorite baseball player?
Growing up in the Dallas area as a kid during 2010-2011 seasons my favorite baseball player of all time is Adrian Beltre. Seeing him reach 3,000 hits was a highlight for me, and I loved the way he played the game. A top 3 3B of all time in my eyes. Who is your favorite baseball player ever?

Chipper Jones.
He started his career when I was just starting my teenage years and really getting into baseball.
He was as pure a hitter as we've seen the last 30 years. And after Eddie Murray and Mantle, he's arguably the greatest switch-hitter ever. His knowledge of hitting is savant like and he was the face of the Braves for 2 decades.

Jon Coutlangus .
He played CF at Carolina in the early 2000's when I was a kid. Speedy with a good arm. I wanted to play ball just like him. For me the majors has never meant anything, but Gamecock baseball was my favorite. He ended up pitching for the reds.
which is similar to Marcus Mcbeth who was another favorite growing up

As most 90's kids, Griffey will always be my favorite.
Just to change it up a little though, I was always a fan of Kenny Lofton. Dude could go get a ball in center field and was a menace on the base path.

I admire Chipper Jones a ton. I think a Mount Rushmore of 3B has to include Schmidt, Jones, and Beltre.

Chipper Jones. I grew up watching the Braves in the 90s and 2000s.
