Imagine JJ9 being coached by what we've had the past couple years. He may have torched Bama in the GOTC and BCS NC.

Instead we got:

he also may have just been benched under a better QB we recruited in the 4 years he was here.

That was the worst play in the biggest stage. Even though I blame the staff for putting JJ in a bad spot he really played poorly on 1/9/12. You had a whole month to prepare and that was the game plan.

The Curse of Miles in January 2012 shows its ugly face on this 2023 Halloween evening.

The game plan was on Leslie. He thought bc we scratched out the regular season win against the Gumps with a bunch of option and JJ as QB that NS wouldn’t be prepared for the same. Typical Leslie never failing to change.

Fool me once shame u you, fool me twice shame on me. NS wasn’t gonna be fooled twice.

The Jefferson Family has been a blessing for LSU. JJ included. I'd have loved to see what he might have became with a full time QB coach and OC worth a shite.

The only good thing Cam Cameron did while he was here was help develop Mettenburger, who had received pretty good coaching while he was at UGA.

Although Mett did give Cam a lot of credit in regards to his development.

Although it would be pretty awesome to see Big JJ exercise some Bama demons for Lil JJ.

Lee and JJ would've both been benched in favor of Mettenberger if the year was 2018 and not 2011.

That time in college football, coaches were gunshy about throwing newly acquired players immediately into the fire and they still thought seniority meant something at the QB position. Thankfully, coaches have since finally realized that seniority means jack shite if the players below them are significantly better.

Mettenberger was leaps and bounds a better QB than Lee and JJ.
