I'm doing a pull ham. Similar to pull pork but using a bone in ham

Started with bacon and ham for breakfast.

Bacon, lettuce, and
Tomato sandwiches for lunch

Pulled pork for dinner.

Made some gizzard heavy dirty rice with ground pork. Stuffed it into a deboned pig head. Roasted that baby.
