I'm just curious. Exactly how bad do you want JD to struggle so "your boy" can come in the game?

We’ll let you know when that happens.

ETA: That first TD last night was the easiest he’ll ever get and he turned that into a nail biter.

I celebrate every Tiger TD. Heck, I celebrate every good play JD makes.

This isn’t mutually exclusive to believing that Nuss’ upside is higher and having a preference for decisive pocket passers over QBs that seem to be less decisive throwing the ball.

You think that was perfect? How much harder could he have made it for a WR all fricking alone?

I'm starting to think there is some truth to your statement.

It is silly. We are the worst fan base in sports history.

Fans declared Johnson as wrong for the baseball job. Wanted him fired after the Miss series. Fired

They deny it now. But it is there. And their arse will do it again soon

We miss 8 tackles. We play soft and ignorant. It is always a coaches fault.

Speights Perkins and Smith had a combined three tackles.

The weeks brothers and Jefferson had like 13 in fewer minutes

It is the DCs fault.

What I don't think many understand is that everyone WANTS JD to be a Heisman winning QB. We'd all love to see him make the decisions, reads, and throws that would put him there.

As many have said, he's a good QB but is not meeting the expectations of many of the fans which leads to disappointment and then frustration.

Few are rooting against JD, many are just not seeing that he can get LSU to the next level.

Don't confuse dissatisfaction with wishes to perform poorly.

You are not in the minority. The vast majority of LSU fans “like” both qb’s and want what ever qb that is playing to succeed, because that means the team is likely succeeding. People can have an opinion of which player is better than another, and that doesn’t mean they “hate” the other player and don’t want him to succeed.

This message board is a cesspool mix of sh!t stirrers and idiots, and does not represent the LSU fanbase as a whole.

I was just assuming the guys complaining were homosexual, they obviously never competed. I don’t know how things are done in drama club, or band. So I don’t have an opinion on those things

Some of those "bad fans" include those who seem unable to differentiate between criticism and hate. This is a sports message board. People are going to voice their opinions. And that includes those directed toward otherwise successful coaches and players as well. No one is above criticism and even the best can get it wrong sometimes.
