When you look at how he came up it looks to me like more of a calf pull or strain rather than an Achilles pop or something more severe but obviously I'm not a doctor. But it looks to me to be a calf pull or strain which he would be good for the season.

Your very valid point has been overshadowed by spelling, unfortunately. Because Joe was in no way "carted" off the field as that term is understood in this context.
