Facility Renovation Brainstorms

What does every one want to see in a renovation of Alex Box, PMAC, and Tiger Stadium?

First off, fire Aramark. That helps all 3.
I don't think Alex Box would be hard, but they need to improve the outfield stands, make a better student section, chair backs every where, bullpen moved, etc.
PMAC needs to be razed and rebuilt IMO.
My opinion on Tiger Stadium will get downvoted. I think they need to reduce seating, make seating more comfortable, improve the A/V, improve the jumbotrons, etc. That is the way stadiums are going now. TVs are just too big and clear at home and we get every game almost. And then figure out traffic a bit more.

Alex Box - Cover all the 1st and 3rd base lines, add chair backs to those, expand student section bleachers and add outfield bullpens.
Pmac - make smaller/more intimate, obviously just update in general.

They'll never do it because of the 1 game a year they do fill out the stadium, but I agree with this 100%

Cell service is already there and has been there. If people have iPhones turn off iMessage and the text goes through easily. Even as the Bama game ended. Football is getting LED’s and a new video board after this season.

I think we look like a bunch of whores with ads everywhere. If the entire outfield fence has to be covered, maybe just white logos? LSU would never get rid of em but I think it looks considerably cheap and crappy compared to Baum, Swayze, floridas new place etc.

At the box...nix the bleachers for chair back seats except beyond the outfield fences and add a 2nd level of seating. Get the pitching mounds off the playing field. Get a new score board with better graphics/visuals/stats keeping.
Build a new track stadium and swimming venue over by the new tennis facility somewhere and build a new basketball arena in their current spot. Spend the $84 it would cost to buy all the dilapidated houses on the north side of campus from nicholson to Highland Road and keep pushing street by street to make the area safer for parking/etc.

Have all chair back in Alex Box and have them all be one color, the green/purple/Gold is Tacky as hell.

I love the look of our ads. And multi-color is typically more expensive than single color. I don't think it looks cheap at all. I think it adds character. I find most of those parks' fields and fences to be plain and dull.

I’d like to see the exterior of the PMAC redone to match more of the university aesthetic. Maybe that’s making it look like it’s falling apart, but the Tomorrowland design is so dated.
For the box—a lot of what people have mentioned. Chairback seats, and some sort of “party deck” in right field…maybe like a boardwalk observation area with vendors.

Play in the Raising Canes Center or whatever for a year or two. But I agree, that spot is money.
And I'd hope a new arena would honor the look of the old one on the outside (to a degree) with the dome and ramps. It's a cool looking venue in some ways.

They can blend the two and add a bunch of windows to modernize it. I'd like a combination.

bring back the kids selling soft drinks in the stands
