LSU fans have a tendency to think everything will be all right. After all, we are LSU. Just throw that yellow Jersey on, step out in the box and magic takes over. But that’s not true. I agree with another poster; JJ sacrifices everything for hitting. You simply can’t do that. It will bite you and it has. I don’t blame all the pitching on JJ. He has some injuries. But, his team does not hit in the clutch. They had a runner on 3rd today with 1 out in tue 9th. One sac fly scores the run. We couldn’t do it. They left The WAY too many runners on base. You can’t do that. Guys have to hit in the clutch and it’s not happening. This team isn’t close to Bertman’s & Maineiri’s teams.

Reading this board I feel it is opposite. There seem to be an abundance of people that think this team is worse than it actually is.
Is it a flawed team? Absolutely but they are still really good.

Dude shut the frick up and let people root for their team. If you want to flop around on the floor with the others go for it, but making thread after thread won’t change how everyone feels.
For example I believe anything is possible. I’ll show to The Box and cheer them on. It’s a pretty simple concept.

I do agree that this team is not a clutch hitting team. We seem to pound out the hits in non clutch situations but in clutch situations our bats go silent far too often.

Lsu peaked over a month and a half ago. They are limping to finish the season. All these sec tourney games don’t matter post are poster coping with the teams last month of play.
