It’s really a toss up with the top 3-4 teams. You can flip a coin on who would any particular series. We’ve beaten Arkansas and tied with SC so I like our body of work right now.

You can make an argument around 4/5 but Arkansa snd Florida for sure should currently be 1/2

Hard to argue with this and dont know why you're getting downvoted. Vandy has been swept not once but twice in SEC play by Florida and Tennessee and also lost another series to Alabama.
As bad as it was for us to lose a series to MSU, our only other series loss came against Auburn who has a winning record in SEC play. So going 1-2 in 2 series >>>> going 0-3 in 2 series plus another 1-2. Just dont see the argument for Vandy over us right now. Especially when the Florida sweep just happened and they lost the Bama series the week before. We're 2-4 over the last 2 weekends and they are 1-5.
Florida and Arkansas should absolutely be above us.

This team is a shell of when we beat Arkansas. You can rely on resume all you want but at this point this bullpen is awful making this team average

It's mind boggling to think we won that Arkansas series after LOSING the game Skenes pitched in. I would say it was due to us going ham at the plate those next 2 games - and we did scoring 12 and 14 runs, but we also held Ark to 2 and 5 runs as well those games. Floyd pitched a gem in game 2 and while Hurd got touched for 4 runs in 2 innings in his start against Ark, Herring, Edwards and Cooper proceeded to go 7 innings giving up just 1 run (with Edwards pitching 4 of those innings giving up 0 runs).
It sucks because without a doubt we miss Edwards and Shores in the worst way in our pen, especially when everyone seems to be struggling right now. Same probably goes for Taylor who might have even been a true 3rd starter if you believe Kendall Rogers. The injuries have certainly hurt us bad this year, but still isnt an excuse for everyone else in the pen to all be looking worse and worse as time goes on here.

Exactly. They are 4-8 in their last 4 conference weekends.
