Anyone ever know what happened to Jacoby Stevens?

I remember he was with the Eagles for a bit but just kind of forgot about him. Always thought he was a great tackler but lacked elite speed at Safety. Anyone know?

Waived by the Eagles prior to the 2022 season. Still a free agent

He got waived and never got a chance to catch on anywhere else. He’s a weird situation.. dude is phenomenally talented at football but lacks a true position which has held him back even since arriving at LSU. Not fast enough to be a DB and not big enough to be a LB. I always thought he’d catch on somewhere still tho.

See him at the gym at 5am workouts.
Just started showing up randomly one day.
Dude is put together & is about as nice & humble as can be.
Really hope the best for him chasing the NFL. Was always a great representation for LSU.

Would assume he would try the XFL/USFL path or just sign with a team before training camp.

Took the words right out of my mouth. He was a tremendous athlete, I always remember he made an open field tackle. Really hope he gets a shot again.

He bounced around so many positions. Think he started at safety. Then he played WR for one season and moved back to defense. Remember when he emerged as the leader on defense in 2019

His 2019 stats were super low key but he had a great year that year, he was just over shadowed by the Thorpe award winner and two first round corners.

I remember his one handed interception vs MSU in 2019. Playing close to the line and just snagged a rope out of the air by palming the tip.
