To me it simply seems he doesn't have the work ethic or discipline needed in the weight room or at the table to change his body the way it needed to be changed to compete in the sec

You never know what’s going on with a kid unless you really know them. Could be a million things. Bottom line is playing at a high level in the SEC is really damn difficult and it’s taking him a while to figure it out

I thought he did fine when he played this year. Looked overweight but thought he moved well and looked into the games he played

Kardell looked dominant in those HS camp videos. I think the potential is there but he needs a big dose of motivation.
His career path is the opposite of Damien Lewis.

He played a lot of snaps in last few games. I look for him to continue to improve . Is finally healthy

To be fair to him, he did have a pretty bad injury that took almost a year to fully recover from.

If any of you actually watched the games you’d see he improved a lot over the course of the year.
Still has a long way to go but he’s definitely going in the right direction.

Someone needs to sit the boy down and have a heart to heart if he wants to make millions in the NFL or join a landscaping crew.

He has a shot to hit the reset button with the new staff and a new S&C group in place. Maybe it clicks for him now. If not, then he might transfer our after Spring to a G5 or lower to get on the field.
