"chip just tweeted......"

Is he ever correct with his scoops? Or is he just getting out the spin as UT wants it to be presented?

I'm wondering now where some of these conferences will get their additional schools now. For example, if the ACC locks up its current membership and adds Pitt and Syracuse, that doesn't leave much in the northeast for the Big 10 to go after, maybe Rutgers (?!) and who else?

Same with the PAC 12, the only realistic teams to add that are remotely nearby are UT, TT, OU, and OkSt. Even those don't make sense imo.

UConn. Probably the best football property, solid hoops and hockey.

Just a minute or so on CBS game, Tim Brando quotes tweet from a CBS guy that "they're in, just a formality" to vote them in tomorrow

Too bad all this couldn't have happened either before the season, or after it.

The ACC should swing for the fences and invite Notre Dame and Texas then see what happens. ND has always been traditionally more of an eastern team despite being in the MW. If the one in a million shot either one says yes, then add whichever additional teams they are comfortable with. I think ND would want more eastern teams like Rutgers, Uconn, Syr, or Pitt. Texas may want to bring TX Tech along.

I was in the presidents box today at the GT game and my friends dad is a really big booster and was talking with our school president and he straight up said Cuse/Pitt were in and tomorrow they were announcing it.
