Jerry Jones want Arky and Notre Dame in BIG 12????

WJOX morning drive were reading a article that came out this morning. missed where it was from, but have searched for it and can't find it. If anyone has read it could you post a link. Don't think even JJ could convince arky to leave the SEC and if Notre Dame won't join the big ten, why go big 12?

Jerry Jones needs to keep his arse/nose in the Cowboy organization and leave Arkansas alone... although the thought of him meddling makes me a little uncomfortable.

JJ went to Ark, was there when they played for the NC. That part is understandable.

If Arkansas wanted to be a part of that bullshite, we would have stayed put 20 years ago.. We left ...remember? What if he made the same offer to LSU?

I do believe there are some big money people associated with Arkansas who would love to see us in the Big 12.
I don't think it will ever happen, but I know the desire is still there for some people who played in the 1960s.

Don't sell JJ short. He can pull it off, and has always wanted Arkansas to be in a league where they'd have a better shot at titles... not to mention playing in Texas more.

the big 12 looks like a group of dysfunctional schoolgirls gossiping about how much better they are than the other girls right now - and looks like a conference with a short term lifespan
sure arky has some connections but they won't trade down for less money and less stability - the only thing you really offer them is a chance to play more games in texas. And they should be able to schedule for that anyway
Notre Dame is just pie in teh sky bullshite. The Big 10 has been throwing bigger money at them for a while now and they make a ton more geographical sense than joining a texas/oklahoma conference with a nearing expiration date

GTFO... Jerry Jones may be able to pull the strings with the Cowboys but not the Razorbacks.
We have a 10 year contract he put together to play in Texas and I hope he leaves the rest well enough alone.
