These are the kind of folks we are accepting into the conference. Aggies are strange strange people.

not really, since he is no longer employed there.

Wow. I'm not sure if that looks worse for us as a school (although he's no longer a part of the system) or for Perry's campaign seeing how Kimbrough is considered a close confidant.

This story is stupid all the way around.

But I think the OP is a bit of a drama queen ... it was a pocket knife, not some hog skinner.

I think touching the police officer was more significant (bad touch!). Just seems like unstable behavior all around. Most likely just ego out of control, coming from a guy who's used to throwing his weight around various state agencies and not used to anyone standing up to him. That shite might fly in Austin, but not in Aggieland.

He's a left over from our days in the Big 12.

Even when Big 12 comes together, it cannot keep its story straight

Have been saying this all along. Texas A&M "folk" are a strange breed. They are to college like the fundamentalist Mormons are to religion!

Right, because a guy that graduated from SMU and was just an employee at A&M and was fired from the school because the new chancellor thought he didn't fit in his system is definitely representative of the school.
