1st- I'm against adding anyone. Why fix something that obviously isn't broken?
But it seems that ship sailed. IMO, if you are adding teams, add quality first to get to 14, and if 16 is the targeted end state, add your patsies then.

it may not be feasible with 14 but everything works out with the 16 team, 4 pod arrangement
I think the university presidents just need to come to an understanding that 14 teams is only temporary and a 2-3 year interruption of rivalries may need to happen

I won't DWI. Why can't we just add Mizzou to the east? Someone explain this. If TCU can join the big easy then Mizzou can deal with being in the eastern division

Why can't we just go to the East and quit playing Alabama every year?
Let them keep UT. Who honestly gives a frick? It'd do the fanbases some good to only play each other every few years.

I dont know Barnhart. I've met him in a few social settings (pretty sure hair is a rug), but I dont know him. My primary source for info comes from 2 friends - one out of coaching & now in business, and one still in football ops. These are "in my phone" type contacts.
