It's not my first choice. Not my second, hell not even my third.
All the signs are there. He's winning. Analysts are calling him "LSUs next HC".
Social media is on fire about Mel Tucker to LSU. Influential people at LSU want the hire.
Things are going in that direction, and watch the frick out if he wins the B10.

I'm personally ok with Mel Tucker, he's qualified and a Dog (not in the "Ra Ra" way).

So far he's impressing. They beat a better team today.
His defense is terrible, but they seem to manage to make plays when they need to. And Walker is crazy-good.
Let's see him take care of Penn State and give Ohio State a game before we anoint him our guy, though.

I mean that would be gosh awful to have the coach of the BIG10 champions forced on us. LSU would be a laughingstock if that happened. Imagine having to swallow that?
