He's going to be great in the NFL so it doesn't seem likely he'd go back to college. Especially right after Saban.

I would be surprised if he left the NFL but there are 2 important factors here:
1. He played at Alabama when Alabama was down. He's a Bama guy through and through.
2. His salary this year was $4 million. Is Houston willing to triple it?
He's my #1 if he would actually take the job. Dude is a defensive genius and an absolute stud of a players coach.

He has a rookie franchise QB and a talented young roster. Doubt he wants to be a college coach anyways.

NFL head coaching spots=32. College coaching spots=135 or so. Chances are he stays in the NFL. Seems to be a rising star. No need to recruit your entire roster 365 days a year in the NFL.
