With this being Woodwards last football coaching hire, does he try a similar method?

His last two hires were jimbo and Kelly. He clearly has a type. I just don’t see a world where he goes after a hot younger name. Feels like he’s going to go after one of the few big names out there because with his job on the line he’s not willing to take a chance. That may not be a bad thing but I think the idea of lsu hiring a young up and comer is off the table.

I’d be okay with a hot up and coming name. Keep in mind that’s what Saban was when we hired him.

Woodward can't be allowed to make the next hire. After extending Orgeron, giving Kelly a 10 year contract, his next hire will permanently cripple the football program.

I don’t remember the details about Coach O, but did he not deserve a raise? Hindsight is always 20/20
I understood hiring BK after O letting the inmates run the asylum.
SW hired Kim and Jay. Big time publicity for those small programs.

Well he killed the hire for Baseball! Went after a young up and comer! Why wouldn’t he do that for football?

Woodward will not be making the hire! A lot of the big money people dislike him. He is a deadman walking. Once the new president is appointed, Woodward will be gone.

He went for Sully and was turned down.

I thought earlier it’s pretty clear woody is on the outside looking in. So many leaks yesterday, say what you want but he kept shite pretty buttoned up over there mostly
