I think Kiffin is going to get a head job if he wants it. He may decide to wait another year if he doesn't get a head job at the right place though. I could see him going to BR.

There has been absolutely no discussion at Alabama on the subject. Everything you read is speculation. It could happen down the road,but it will be done at Alabama's pace. NCs are far more important than some guys wish list.

This might have merit it Tua was delaying enrollment or actually visiting LSU. But he and his family have already responded saying that he will still enroll at Alabama in early January.

I wasn't talking about Tua. I'm not worried about him. I'm more than pleased with Brennan. I was referring to the poster who said that this in no way meant anything about Kiffin. It's gonna happen. Kiffin is coming. No doubt bama will be fine. Y'all have a fricking dynasty going. But if you think this offer wasn't in any way tied to Kiffin then we can just agree to disagree. In my opinion, this was symbolic, nothing more

Kiffin isn't about to have shite at Bama. 99% of your fanbase is already ahead of you. He may not be here, but he will be somewhere other than Bama next year and Sark will be your OC.

LSU fans who know recruiting don't expect to get him. Probably not even a visit at this stafe. However, randomly reaching out with a really good QB committed and another probably reaffirming with the knowledge that we will run a spread is awfully strange, don't you think?
Offereing this guy makes absolutely no sense at this point in the recruiting process unless Narcisse told the staff he is moving on. Even if did, there are attainable guys who we would pursue. Why would they suddenly reach out to a committed EE?
It may be nothing, but there is some smoke here.

I doubt you guys have anything to worry about. The smoke I am referring to involves Kiffin's interest in our OC job, not this QB.
Even if Kiffin does come, I am not a fan of this move at all. It has a very low chance of success and carries the risk of spooking a couple of very good QB prospects. If we lose one or both over it, the fan outrage will be high before these guys coach a damn snap.
