He’s won fairly big at multiple stops.
Better resume than bargain bin billy and somehow he got the UF job.

I think he’s had some issues with the NCAA that have bigger schools leery about hiring him.

Depends on what you think is important. Napier had experience at CFP schools; Chadwell has no experience at any P5 school, CFP or not.
Napier had one of the strongest staffs of any G5 school: stronger than a lot of P5s. That's a big part of success, and if the relative staff strength can't be replicated at the next stop, it often spells trouble.

Chadwell is super religious, I do think that could be an issue for him.
