That is Saban's modus operandi he will use rumored interest and actual interest to get more millions from Alabama or he will go to the Rams. No way he goes to the Jags. They are a joke in a joke of a NFL city.

Yea, for Saban NFL stands for "Not Feeling Love". In other words, no one kissing his arse.

So much butt hurt in this thread. He will get a few more million because he fricking wins championships every other year on average. How much money do you think he has brought in to the university by doing so? frick our fanbase is an embarrassment sometimes.

I don't see him leaving for the NFL. He did not have success there another bad NFL trip would be a hit to his coaching image. Stay at the college level, look great.

All good things must come to an end. It doesn't seem so now, but Bama's reign will end. In the history of collegiate sports, only UCLA basketball (or LSU baseball) has had such a run. Things change, systems adapt, heck, even lady luck is fickle. I don't wish Coach Saban any ill will, but he made either get bored or have a heart attack. Anyway, I hope he does what he wants and it wouldn't hurt my feelings if UA had to pony up a few millions more for his services.

Saban does not have the cojones to go back to the pro game. He knows he is incapable of succeeding there, his shtick only works with college kids.

Saban knows he can't cut it in the NFL. He needs the best players year in and year out to be successful. It's much easier to do that in college.

nah. Pro atheletes are Significantly less impressionable than college kids. He needs that more than anything. He can coach them up to be the best. He's proven that
