i think a large part of the problem is how the team is playing. the big complaint i hear is that the players get down and quit playing. that's not fixed by a new DC or OC, that is a HC problem with his team.

If UM cant get tge guy they want thua year(Harbaugh) why not wait one more year when the buyout is less and get a great coach next year.

Plan D? Seriously though, cant see how RR stays at this point. That ship sailed when Brandon didnt publicly support him after the OSU game.

I think the overall problem now is:
1) RR and his wife don't jive with UM boosters in an area that is severely depleted financially. Thus the competition for donations from the people that have money to give is fierce and fundraising has become a HUGE part of the HC job at UM.
2) RR doing his Stuart Smalley impression at the UM Banquet was emabarassing to himself and to the admin.
3) The team quit on him and got skull drugged in their last three games without putting up any sort of fight
plus.....
they have killed their recruiting for over a month by letting RR twist. How can RR go out and recruit now with everyone knowing he is a lame duck coach and they haven't been able to do much on the trail for 5 weeks.
