Sorry, I'm sure it's been covered ad nauseam, but I'm not finding threads here with specifics.

Why, exactly, is Canada leaving LSU? Y'all were very high on the guy when he came in. It's literally been one year and he's ready to throw in the towel? Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.

Because we like to pay coaches not to coach. It's the new thing. Alleva and Orgeron have a contest to see who can waste the most fricking money.

Lack of trust and respect between him and O.

Because Orgeron is more stubborn than a tired mule, and possibly not as smart.

Being a loud bro doesn't make one a "true alpha." I mean, maybe he's an alpha amongst defensive line coaches, but that has been the only time he has approached alpha status since high school.

So O wasn't happy with what he was producing on the field or his attitude? Or both?

This sounds much like Pruitt and Richt, though it took longer than a year to fester to this point.

For the record, I'll be there. I'll worry about it then. For now, I'm just passing the time in my completely lackluster, non-productive workday. Number four for me this week, actually.

Attitude. Seems to be an issue with Canada at previous spots also

Interesting. Well, thanks for the insight. I saw a bunch of pop-up stories about him leaving and was a little miffed at how or why he would do that this soon.

Good luck in your search. By the way, we know a guy...

rumor has it - O meddled - Canada thought O was a dummy

Troy happened - finger pointing almost fist fight.

Too much alpha in both I guess - Canada does seem like a malcontent. In fairiness O does seem like a dummy

You're right, it doesn't make sense.

O thinks the offense is too complicated causing penalties. Wanted to tone it down. Canada said no.
