Who would be on Florida State's radar if there was an opening after this season?

Would they consider Mark Richt? Kirby Smart? Mack Brown? A current assistant?

Who would be the best fit to replace Fisher if he left for some reason?

there's only a couple of FSU fans on here, so I'm not sure if this will be as successful as your Saban threads.

Can I say Saban, just for the hell of it?

Richt + Brown = no chance. The FSU fan base would flip shite.

I honestly have no idea who FSU would go after. There isn't much concern from FSU's side about Fisher. Most are confident he will be back.

10 million should cause concerns, it's not like FSU treated Jimbo great in the past.

And FSU will never win a title once the 4 team quasi playoff begins.

Schedule is too soft.

Who is on their radar might be different than who they could actually hire. Saban, Harbaugh, Carroll, etc are on Texas' radar, but no one actually expects Texas to be able to hire any of those guys.

I think FSU would end up with some well thought of asst coach (Kirby Smart, Chad Morris) or some up and coming HC at a smaller school. I think the guy at North Dakota is going to get a shot someplace. He reminds me of Tressel from when he was and YSU.

Ok, I don't understand. Is FSU not as good of a job as the other top 10? Is FSU not a top 10 job?

They'd probably hire Kirby. They've hired a guy from our coaching staff in each of the last 2 years. They have an affinity for bama guys
